We can repair your electrical and mechanical assets including but not limited to; Ballscrews, Manual and Motorised High Speed Spindles, Servo Motors, Drive Cards, PLC's PSU's, Gearboxes and Swarf Management systems. If not repairable we can source replacement items from OEM's or suitable high quality interchangeable brands.
On Site Machine Service
We offer reactive service and preventative maintenance programmes for customers across the UK for manual and CNC machine tool and allied production equipment. Our highly skilled engineers have broad experience in a variety of machine types, lathes, milling machines, boring machines, deep hole boring, grinding machines as well as special purpose equipment.
Machine Retrofit & Modernisation
Machine Technology Group can offer a complete strip down and refurbishment of your manual or CNC machine and rebuild with a modern PLC or CNC control. We have extensive experience in metal cutting machinery, grinding , rack rolling, sawing, robotics, tube bending and a variety of related industrial machinery. CE certification can be provided as well as a full turnkey service for a retrofit project completed in our dedicated UK workshop facilities.
